TE Connectivity Completes the Acquisition of Hirschmann Automotive Communication Equipment Company in Germany

Schaffhausen,  Switzerland - September 4, 2017 - Today TE Connectivity Ltd. ("TE", the  New York Stock Exchange code: TEL), a global leader in connectivity and  sensing, announced that it has officially completed its previously  announced The acquisition of Hirschmann Automotive Communication Equipment (HCC).

 

Hirschmann  Automotive Communication Systems, one of the world's leading providers  of antenna technology, is focused on providing antenna technology in the  area of automotive communications and connectivity. HCC is headquartered in Germany and has operations in Europe, North America and China.
